Pieter Bezuidenhout Pieter has had over 20 years experience at a senior management level and managing director level in the services, security and electronics businesses. Pieter graduated with a Masters in Business Administration from Stellenbosch University in South Africa in 1981. He has been managing director of The GEO Group Australia since 2004. |

Keith Ketheeswaran The risk and compliance function ensures that the requirements of GEO's contracts with clients are delivered in full - legally, ethically and profitably - through a compliance assessment process that is systematic, rigorous and balanced. This includes monitoring policies and procedures, providing accurate and timely information on contract performance and overseeing the attainment and maintenance of all external accreditations. |

Frank Thorn The finance function includes statutory reporting, management reporting and budgeting, while the administration component includes the company secretarial function, information technology, payroll and contract administration. |

Pierre Langford The human resource management function within the company involves providing direction on training, recruitment, occupational health and safety, industrial relations and organisational development. Examining and implementing best practice initiatives is a major focus of this role. |

Dom Karauria The operations function is responsible for all facets of managing GEO’s correctional centres. General managers of the GEO facilities report to this position on all areas relevant to security, safety and inmate management. |
